The team did a spectacular job in cleaning our ductwork and air conditioning equipment. They took their time and did an excellent job finding things with my air conditioner that needed repair that I didn’t know existed. I can’t say enough about the two men that showed up for their courteous work and determination to do the job right. I highly recommend them to do anything that they do from cleaning carpets, dryer vents, ductwork, and anything that you want cleaned properly. In this day and time, it is very difficult to find anyone that does great work, but this company. Is a throwback to the days when people did good work just because that was the right thing to do. ~ David D

Zerorez did an amazing job on my carpet today. Nate, one of the 2 owners, was very knowledgeable, kind, thorough and did such a good job in such a timely manner. He was there early in the time window that was given. Nathan explained everything to be completed, dry time and went over the total before he even began. The steam machine was not loud or annoying. He completed 3 bedroom carpets, a couch, large area rug and 3 dining chairs within 1.5 hours. Everything looked and smelled wonderful. I am so excited to use them for other projects in the house. They do a lot from carpet to hardwood to tile. A very good company with very reasonable prices. ~ Jennifer D

Wow. Wow. And….wow! Bought a resale home and they did an amazing job steaming the carpets and the tile floors. The tile floors look like new!! Also had them seal the grout (which would have taken me hours and they did lickity split — saving me so much time and my back for such a minimal cost). He also spoke with me about the carpet type I had and how to keep it lasting longer as well as proper way to care for the laminate floors the home has. They were so professional, intelligent, honest, kind and affordable for this single mom. They also did a flipping amazing job (and I’m picky haha) I HIGHLY recommend. I wish I could take back the bad rating I gave this company for canceling my appt by mistake...they showed up this morning and showed out. Nate and Daniel were so professional and knowledgeable. This has been a tough move for our family, I was definitely frustrated upon seeing my appt canceled. However i over reacted, because they made up for that and then some. This house smells totally different now, the air seems crisp and fresher, changed the whole vibe of the house I was feeling discouraged about moving here, it's looks and smells so much better here now. Well, everyone out there, I’m here to tell ya that I’m overwhelmingly pleased with such great professionalism, displayed, through the entire process…… from the moment the gentleman firmly shook my hand, as he entered my home; and, asked,” Mr. Booker, which rooms would you like for me to take care of.” I like his show of confidence. And, as he and I walked through each room, he assured me that he would get all four rooms, spotless; and, indeed, the guy did just that. lol! Excellent, precise and professional service! This company understands the importance of dust, dirt, allergens etc. that impact health and have cutting edge equipment that is effective and is also safe to eradicate all of the wear and tear that dirties our homes, including our beloved dog :-) I have used many companies over the years to handle carpet, floor, upholstery and air duct cleaning for allergies, asthma, and just to maintain a clean home and this is by far the best one stop company that can offer stellar service and unquestionable results to handle all aspects of maintaining a clean home in every area. Extremely happy with the results of having my tile floors and my carpets cleaned by Daniel at Zero Rez! He was very professional, very courteous, on time and explained everything thoroughly. I could not be happier! I only wish that I had had him clean my carpets originally as they probably would’ve lasted a few more years longer. Their system that they use is terrific! I will definitely be using him again in the future, and I have already given him four referrals from my neighborhood. You can’t go wrong! My husband and I moved to the area in April 2024. We contacted this company to clean an area rug that we moved with from our other home. They were great to communicate with and came to our home as scheduled. We had them take the rug with them as we were going to be away. When we returned they came back as scheduled. The rug looks brand new. This year after the holidays I jumped on an early Spring cleaning. This time two different rugs and two runners. The prices were great for the services they provided. Great job as usual!!! Nate and Dan, the owners find the best people to work for them at Zerorez. Everyone does such a great job whether it’s Christine booking the appointment or Chris servicing and cleaning. We have happily had them clean our rugs, take care of water damage on our couch and chairs, vacuum and clean our air filter system they do a great job! Today’s tasks were attacking a stairway carpet, my husband’s favorite chair and a large family tv room carpet. I’d give them 10 stars if I could! ~ Danie C

Great experience start to finish! Christina was lovely making my appointment, answering questions! That’s the first sign of a great experience! The owner and his helper called on the way here and on time- second great sign! And they wore booties, came in to go over my requests, then put corner protectors everywhere the hose would go! Wowww!! Such respect for our home! And THEN… it all looks and smells amazing! At an amazing price! You just won’t find anyone or any process better than this! ~ Lee S

Nate and Dan are very personable and energetic! They explained their whole process, made a couple of extra offers, absolutely no pressure to add anything, just throwing the additional services that were available. They did a fantastic job as my carpets appear brand new as well as my sectional sofa and ottoman. There were many stains throughout several rooms from babies and toddlers dropping their juice or formula bottles and now it looks like i just had all new carpeting installed. Cleaning team arrived aa scheduled, assessed the job and provided a quote. Once we agreed on the job, discounts and price, they quickly went to work on two large area rugs and several rooms of wooden floors. Work was thorough, especially spot and stain removal on the carpets. It was a two hour job and completed ahead of schedule with no shortcuts. I am extremely pleased with the service. They are by far the best at carpet and floor cleaning in the Beaufort, SC area. ~ Tony S

We've used other local carpet cleaning companies who use harsh smelling cleaners and did not leave the carpets feeling fresh. We were happy to see that Zerorez expanded to our area as we’ve used them before in another state. We had to switch over and look for another company since our previous tile cleaner discontinued their service. They were available for a service within 3 days. Very accommodating. They scheduled a free estimate with an option to proceed with cleaning rather than making multiple visits. We worked with Nate and he was extremely knowledgeable. If you have never used Zerorez then you are missing out on amazing cleaning techniques and technology! I got the pleasure of the owner coming to do a cleaning on my loveseat and couch. He and his team are so knowledgeable about fabrics, warranties, and all the tricks to keep your furniture in great condition. They are worth every cent always so give them a ring! Also, my dog does not like the sound of vacuums and typically freaks out. Their machine noise is so low that he handled it just fine. ~ Amanda B

A huge shout out to Daniel and Chris for doing such a beautiful job on my old carpet. It looks new and smells wonderful! I have an aging cat who has accidents and they were able to completely remove the odor. They spent a lot of time on pre-treatment and the results show in the finished product. This was my first time using zero Rez and . It definitely won’t be my last. I was very impressed with the whole experience. The ease of making my appointment with them calling me a half hour before arriving, So I could be prepared. They were friendly, courteous, and a pleasure to do business with. Nate came to my property for a 3 bedroom carpet cleaning service. During his service process he was very professional, and polite. He was also knowledgeable as well as passionate about his craft. He answered a plethora of questions I asked to satisfactory. His work on my well worn carpet was efficiently executed and did not take up too long at all. Daniel from Zero Rez arrived at the scheduled time. He pre treated our carpets and did a great job of deep cleaning. We had used Zero Rez in Minnesota and glad that there was a Zero Rez in Savannah area. He set air movers in each room after cleaning. I like that no deodorizers were added as my wife is very sensitive to scents. Our carpets are very clean and look like new (the carpets are three r old). We will use Zero Rez for our next cleaning. ~ Ben J

I had an emergency with awful stains. Nate, the tech expert, arrived the same day and made quick work of removing all of the mess. I was actually shocked that he was able to get the stains out, as I was thinking I would need to replace the carpeting. I am very grateful for the consideration and the wonderful job. We used zerorez for many many years but then the franchise went away in Hilton Head back in 2021, I believe. So happy that they are back as their business model is amazing, they're people are always extremely professional, not pushy at all and informative on how to take care of not just our floors but our furniture and other things. Amazing job. Very professional and efficient. We were up against a large gallon of Tide that had vibrated off our washer years back leaving residue with a stain that returned no matter what I tried as well as prior aging dog messes and 2 recent puppies. Carpets looked practically new when they left. Nathan also went over how to treat any future problems and coverage if any spots or smells would return. I am totally happy with Zerorez Hilton Head. They just left and were professional, informative, and honest with me. I had 1area rug that I was afraid was totally ruined with pet stains and spilled coffee stains and both gentlemen worked on it until we were all satisfied. My carpets are beautiful and soft. No stiff soapy crust on my carpets and my area rugs are amazingly clean. I won’t use another company. I prefer Zerorez methods of cleaning. ~ Chonna D
